4. Pricing & Payment

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways available on Wix (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, etc.).

• By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

5.1 Order Processing

• Because all products are made-to-order, production typically takes 2–7 business days.

• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified, as production begins immediately.

5.2 Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on supplier location and customer destination, generally ranging 7–20 business days.

• Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, production delays, or factors outside our control.

5.3 International Shipping

• Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

**6. No Refunds or Returns Policy (Except Damaged or Defective Items)

Because all items are made to order / printed to demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damage or defect.

6.1 Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT offer refunds or replacements for:

• Wrong size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color variation between screen and product

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

• Items that do not fit as expected

• Late delivery caused by the carrier

6.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

If verified, we will offer:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or

• A refund if a replacement is not available

6.3 Lost Packages

• If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.

• If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in submitting an inquiry, and replacements may be issued at our discretion.
