Refund Policy

​All sales are final.
Because every item is made-to-order especially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size, style, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item once we receive it back, at no cost.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package lost in transit, we will work with our production partner to send a replacement.

Wrong Size Ordered

Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
We cannot replace items ordered in the wrong size because each piece is custom printed on demand.

Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled or changed.
